Back in February of 2013, Dizzy Pig owner Chris Capell created a seasoning for grilling fruit and called it Pineapple Head. Since then it has become one of our most popular seasonings. Wonder Bird Chicken Seasoning
So many Dizzy Pig seasonings are good on poultry, but we got thinking … what if we made one just for chicken and the like? Something that made this most delicious of birds extra-delicious? The holy grail of chicken seasonings, you might say?
As we usually do when questions like this arise, we got to work. Owner Chris Capell is a chicken fanatic, after all, so not much motivation was needed.
