With an enchanting blend of coffee and spices, an earthy roundness and a medium heat level that perfectly complements its unique flavor accents, Red Eye Express Coffee Infused Seasoning might very well hail from a camel train on the Silk Road. Or at least, it might if we weren’t so sure we’d developed it ourselves as an answer to all the plain Jane coffee rubs on the market today.

Instead, we strove to develop a richly flavored seasoning, with coffee and fennel, that would complement any rack of lamb, beef roast, venison backstrap or sausage. With just enough heat to hold your attention, Red Eye Express is a perfectly balanced and enticing experience. Its bold spice accents, earthy roundness and malty flavors are ideal for any char-grilled hamburger, prime rib eye or flame-licked flank steak. Stick a jar in your cabinet, then break it out whenever you want an escape from the everyday.

    This is the best beef rub I’ve ever used and I have used a LOT of meat rubs. This one has been my go-to now for a long while and I never tire of it. Red Eye Express is by far my favorite rub for steaks. The flavor is absolutely PERFECT when paired with a USDA Prime beef tenderloin filet!!!
