Our Jamaican Firewalk Spicy Jerk Seasoning is a dead cert for kitchen favorite, with a spicy heat level, a citrussy flavor and a hint of pungent spices: cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg and ginger. Many spice purveyors try to capture the essence of true Jamaican jerkseasoning, which is a marinade in dry form – but they fail because the spices are too overpowering and the delicate flavor is lost.

But not Dizzy Pig, which was developed by spice master Chris Capell at the same time that he was in the kitchen working on the ultra-bold Swamp Venom. To balance it out, he developed this sweet and spicy concoction to complement whole chicken, pork tenderloin, grilled shrimp and more. If you’re looking for a classic seasoning for jerk chicken, you’ve found it, and we doubt you’ll let it go any time soon.
