Description
Looking for a sweet heat treat just perfect for chicken wings? Our Jamaican Firewalk Spicy Jerk Seasoning is a dead cert for kitchen favorite, with a spicy heat level, a citrussy flavor and a hint of pungent spices: cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg and ginger. Many spice purveyors try to capture the essence of true Jamaican jerkseasoning, which is a marinade in dry form – but they fail because the spices are too overpowering and the delicate flavor is lost.
But not Dizzy Pig, which was developed by spice master Chris Capell at the same time that he was in the kitchen working on the ultra-bold Swamp Venom. To balance it out, he developed this sweet and spicy concoction to complement whole chicken, pork tenderloin, grilled shrimp and more. If you’re looking for a classic seasoning for jerk chicken, you’ve found it, and we doubt you’ll let it go any time soon.
Great Spice Mix
Daniel –
Great on chicken in my smoker, sweet potato hashbrowns are a knockout with it and adds an amazing pop to steamed vegetables! Glad I found this to add to the spice pantry!
I'm a fan
Bob –
Takes a tomato sandwich to the next level. Fresh garden tomato, sliced Muenster, and Jamaican Firewalk – summer just does not get any finer than that! I’m a fan.
Jamaican Hot
Edna Gabaldon –
This is the best spice I have had. I put it on everything except “ice cream”
Try a mixture
Keith –
Try a mixture of Cow Lick and Jamaican Firewalk on your steaks! Gives it a great crust and just the right amount of heat.
Request for more chicken
Cameron –
My wife is no longer a vegetarian. She started eating meat again after I bought my Big Green Egg (2 months ago). I used your Jamaican Fire Walk on some chicken I grilled last night and she loved it, as did I. That was her first chicken in 12 years. She has requested more chicken tomorrow night.
Brought back thoughts of Jamaica

The Jamaican Firewalk ( Is Great ) brought back thoughts of my Favorite Jerk Chicken place On The Island, Fern Gully Jerk Centre in Ocho Rios Jamaica.
