- Approximately 10 Shrimp
- Dizzy Pig Jamaican Firewalk
- Tomato slices
- Jalapeño slices
- Chopped cilantro
- Feta cheese, crumbled
- Grill watermelon first to get good grill marks.
- Season shrimp with Jamaican Firewalk.
- Grill shrimp on skewers until cooked all the way through.
- Placed on watermelon with other ingredients and put back on grill to soften feta and watermelon more, about 5 minutes.
