  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut in to 1” squares
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut in to 1” squares

Directions

  1. Mix the cubed beef and Mediterranean-ish seasoning together in a bowl until the beef is covered thoroughly
  2. Add the olive oil and work into the seasoned beef
  3. Next add the red onions and mix in
  4. Finally, add the lemon juice and work into the beef mixture. Cover and refrigerate 4 to 24 hours
  5. Preheat your grill to 450°F, setup for direct grilling
  6. Take the beef mixture out of the fridge and let come to room temp before cooking
  7. Alternately skewer a piece of beef with 1 piece of red pepper and 1 piece of green pepper. Depending on the size of your skewers, you should have enough for 4-5 skewers
  8. When the grill is ready, grease the grilling surface and place the skewers on
  9. Cook for 4 minutes, then flip and cook another 4 minutes
  10. Remove and let rest 10 minutes before serving. Extra lemon juice squeezed on to the beef skewers works well
