Beer Braised Brats

By Bobby Lozano

These beer braised brats are a spin on a classic Oktoberfest dish using our own IPA Hop Seasoning. The hops in this seasoning blend combine with the beer and butter to create a unique glaze for the brats. For a non-alcoholic version, use root beer in place of beer.

We hope you enjoy this classic folk dish!
