Mediterranean-ish is super versatile, from sprinkling on a salad or a pizza to using in a tomato sauce.

Of course, we would be remiss in our duties if we didn’t mention it’s also ideal for seasoning meat before grilling, pan-searing or broiling.     This rub is superb on grilled asparagus and Brussels sprouts. Really jazzed up my roast chicken. Excellent mixed with olive oil and drizzled on fresh baguette. A winner all around!

    I found the Mediterranean-ish amazing on chicken quarters cooked on the pellet smoker. It has become my “Secret” Seasoning. For a few parties it has become the new favorite. Next up, wings.

    These seasonings are amazing. I use Happy Nancy on everything from cold cut sandwiches, to salads, to grilled chicken breast. Raising The Steak coupled with my husband’s skills on the Big Green Egg transforms any cut of meat (chicken, pork, steak) into a delicious steak like meal. It’s even great on mushrooms. I also like to use Mediterranean-ish to turn any pasta dish or salad into a gourmet meal. I have 3 different digestive disorders that hinder my ability to eat much of anything, but with Dizzy Pig Seasonings, the small amount of food I can eat is delicious.

    Griffin’s Rub

    I’ve got to hand it to Dizzy Pig, they’ve done it again. Another winner for sure. I don’t know what all is in this rub, but it was fantastic. Very herbaceous, definitely tones of rosemary and oregano. Just the right amount of salt for my tastes. Perfectly balanced and it does make you think of the Mediterranean. I think this could be added to any Greek or Italian dish and really give it a boost of flavor. I’ve not attempted lamb yet on the blog, but upon taking the first bite or two, I know I am going to have to try this on lamb for sure.
