This unique fusion of Asian and American ingredients defies categorization. It can’t be pinned down as your standard pan-Asian flavor, nor does it fall neatly into an American profile. But while unique, the flavor certainly isn’t strange: The Dizzy Pig competition team has won countless chicken awards using this Asian fusion seasoning, including 2nd and 3rd at the Jack Daniels World Championships. With its overtones of sesame and ginger, it is the perfect seafood seasoning and poultry seasoning, especially delicious on grilled chicken and duck. It complements shiitake mushrooms beautifully, and enhances the flavor of pork, vegetables and shrimp like nobody’s business.
