After 22 years we introduced our first sauce ever, and it’s a good one! It’s so versatile we’re calling it a sauce/glaze/dip. A sweet and tangy blend infused with just the right amount of Dizzy Pig spices to give it a great depth of flavor and just enough heat to wake up your taste buds. Has a great sheen for using as a glaze and a beautiful color.

Great on Beef Ribs
Russ Kathrein (verified owner) –
I smoked a full prime rib roast. When it was at medium rare I took the roast off to rest and cut off the seven beef ribs. I sliced them up individually, coated them with the glaze and put them back on my Big Green Egg which I had raised the temperature to 350. Let them get nice and browned adding more glaze periodically, then I pulled them off and served them as another meat with the prime rib. Needless to say they were a huge hit.
Try it, you will like it!

When the package arrived I opened the fridge and had no leftovers to try it on. Asparagus is all I had … it was amazing. I’ve have since tried it on boneless chicken thighs, bone in breast off the weber grill. OMG . Our local sweet corn is pretty good but a little bit of G & I sends it over the top. Grilled chicken wings are next on the list then a whole pork loin on the pellet smoker soon. My mouth is watering as I’m typing this. We are waiting to see what you have in the works next. G&I can’t be beat - outstanding

Have tried Glazed and Infused twice – the first time was on party ribs as a finishing about ten minutes before pulling. For a bite through rib with an amazing finish, G&I can’t be beat – outstanding. The second time it was drizzled on a tray of pulled pork – yummy. Chicken will be next.
Here is a pic of the party ribs 😋😋😋

Well I have been trying different variations of my own sauce since I can’t get Smoke-n-shines Virginia Fusion any more. No longer will I waste time on that. Your Glazed and Infused just solved my problem. I have served it on ribs and pulled pork so far. I love it and I invited friends over who ALL agree. Worth the wait. I’ll be buying plenty more. Thank you.
Perfect!

The new sauce is perfect! Wish you had created it sooner…! I will be a repeat customer as there is no better sauce out on the market today period! I use Dizzy Pig rubs for all of my bbq needs and this is a great dipping sauce to go with anything that I make.
Wow!!

Good things come to those who wait, and I am a true believer in this sauce now. Straight out of the bottle it has a bold flavor with POP and nicely balanced. I have been letting customers sample from my opened bottle and it has led to a sale every time.
Thank you for taking such pride in your products.
