- White tortilla chips
- Iceburg lettuce (save the fancy stuff for salads!)
- Colby jack cheese mix shredded
- Pulled pork
- A blend of diced red, green, and white onions
- Black olives
- BBQ sauce (something sweet like Smoky Mountain Smokers or Blues Hog)
- Queso Sauce
- Dizzy Pig® Jamaican Firewalk
- Put pork and cheese on top of plate of tortilla chips.
- Melt Colby jack cheese mix
- Add Jamaican Firewalk to queso
- Heat, until cheese has melted, on the grill or in the oven.
- Place rest of ingredients on top.
