Hummus is the healthy dip that hails from the Middle East with superfood ingredients like chickpeas, sesame, garlic and olive oil. It’s readily available in a plastic container, but you’d be surprised at how quick and easy it is to whip up at home. Our version of this popular snack dip is loaded with great flavors from our Bombay Curry-ish seasoning.
- 2 15.5oz cans chick peas, drain one can
- ¼ cup sesame seeds, raw or toasted
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, peeled
- 1 tsp Dizzy Pig Bombay Curry-ish seasoning
- 1 tsp kosher salt
