Orange Ginger Curry-ish Wings Recipe

Orange ginger curry-ish wings

By Chris Capell

Dizzy Pig® seasonings are complete seasonings and usually have all the flavor you need. However, marinades can add a whole new layer of flavors to your meals. We loved the results of the simple marinade in this wings recipe, which gave a sweet citrusy flavor underneath that luscious Curry-ish bark!

  • 1 Tbsp Sriracha chili sauce
  • 1 tsp fresh grated ginger

Directions

  1. Stir together all wet ingredients, ginger and a couple teaspoons of Tsunami Spin.
  2. Pour over chicken and toss to cover.
  3. Refrigerate and let marinade 1 to several hours.
  4. Prepare grill for a direct fire.
