Joellen’s Bombay Curry-ish Egg Salad

There is something about this simple egg salad flavored with Dizzy Pig®’s Bombay Curry-ish seasoning that is hard to explain. Mainly we wonder how it can taste sooo good!!!!

  • 6 Hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1/4 cup celery, chopped (or try substituting chopped apple for the celery)
  • 1/3 cup Hellman’s mayonnaise, or your mayonnaise of choice
  • 2 tsp Dizzy Pig® Bombay Curry-ish™ Fusion Blend
  • 2 tsp cilantro, finely chopped


  1. Combine all ingredients, adjusting according to your taste. Chill well before serving.
  2. Make it easy on yourself, to chop the hard boiled eggs use an egg slicer. Slice once, turn egg 90° and slice again.
