Happy Nancy Macadamia Nut Encrusted Halibut

INGREDIENTS
  • 1-2 lb. Halibut Filet (or other firm-fleshed fish)
  • Dizzy Pig Happy Nancy to coat
  • Butter, ghee or oil for cooking
  • 1/4-1/2 cup macadamia nuts
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • Egg wash:
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • Shake of Happy Nancy
INSTRUCTIONS
  • Cut fish into manageable pieces. Gather raw ingredients.
  • Season fish with medium coat of Happy Nancy
  • Dip in egg wash, then flour, then egg wash again.
  • Grind up nuts in food processor, and press into fish.
  • Cook in cast iron pan in butter or ghee.
  • Flip when browned.
  • Plate and Serve!
