Description
It turns out not everyone loves that kick in the mouth Dizzy Pig is known for. Our friend Nancy was one such person, and upon discovering that she was sensitive to peppercorns and chilies, Chris got right to work whipping up a delectable mild seasoning without the spicier side of life.
With a tangy, floral, lightly sweet and rounded flavor, Happy Nancy is the mild seasoning for more delicate palates. If you love to grill, sear, roast or otherwise serve up meat, fish and veggies, but have a less heat-tolerant crowd to please, we’ve got you covered. It’s a favorite on poultry, seafood, lean pork, teriyaki dishes, vegetables and even breads. With no peppercorns or chilies, but enough flavor to retain interest in even the most hardened spice-lover, you can rely on its mild sweetness to appeal to all. This kid-friendly mild seasoning option is a win all around.
Happy Nancy Blend

Tried Happy Nancy blend with both pork loin chops and skinless chicken breasts- I am really satisfied with the depth of flavors, but most importanly it made my mom (Nancy) happy – and she has a penchant for milder foods. Looking forward to ordering more spices in the future and tell other cooks as well!
Delicious for digestive disorders too!

These seasonings are amazing. I use Happy Nancy on everything from cold cut sandwiches, to salads, to grilled chicken breast. Raising The Steak coupled with my husband’s skills on the Big Green Egg transforms any cut of meat (chicken, pork, steak) into a delicious steak like meal. It’s even great on mushrooms. I also like to use Mediterranean-ish to turn any pasta dish or salad into a gourmet meal. I have 3 different digestive disorders that hinder my ability to eat much of anything, but with Dizzy Pig Seasonings, the small amount of food I can eat is delicious.
No one said too spicy!

Everybody liked it. No small feat for my daughters who are my most unforgiving critics! It was very tasty and best of all for me, nobody said, “This is too spicy!” We will be regular buyers! Outstanding product!
No excuses to finish dinner

Kid-Friendly they say! Well, I enlisted the help of my reviewer in training (9 yr old daughter). Check out her hand written review below. Happy Nancy is certainly a great kid-friendly been or for those with sensitive taste. Complimented the pork chops wonderfully… Even though I like spice, I’ll use it again. Now for the kid review…
Comes to life with cooking
Egret –
At first taste right out of the bag I wasn’t sure about this rub since it seemed a little bland when compared with the other DP line of rubs, but, when applied on your cook and going through the cooking process this rub really comes to “life”! Yesterday I marinated two chicken leg quarters in a vinaigrette for 24+ hours and applied the new rub liberally on the chicken right before cooking direct on my Big Green Egg. I also used it on a couple of “crash hot potatoes” and the results were pretty amazing! My wife even commented that this was the best chicken and crash potatoes I’ve ever done! I agreed!
Tonight I did stir-fry chicken breasts with veggies over rice. I wokked the chicken and veggies on the Big Green Egg and put in a liberal amount of Happy Nancy in the veggies while they were cooking. After the mixture was all cooked and back together again I put in a mixture of soy sauce, orange juice, brown sugar, dry sherry and cornstarch. This was over-the-top delicious!
