This simple, but delicate appetizer is easy to make and Fajita-ish gives it a ‘wow’ factor!
- To make Susan’s sauce, combine all ingredients in the bowl of the food processor. Place mixture into a freezer bag and snip one corner of bag to dispense.
- Stabilize egg around 350°F. Place plate setter in with legs down.
- Put a large squirt of sauce in each tortilla scoop, one shrimp and sprinkle with Fajita-ish.
- Cook about 8-10 minutes until shrimp are done.
- Sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
