Our GARLIC blend is a perfect mix of salt, pepper, and a generous dose of garlic with a surprisingly butter-like flavor. Use it to season chicken enchiladas, give potatoes a light coat before roasting, mix it with ghee to brush over cheese biscuits. The dishes you can use SPG in are just about endless, so get creative!

So this is my new favorite all purpose season salt. It is good on anything. And it can be used together with pretty much any other seasoning. And the pepper is both fresh and high quality (tellicherry I would guess)
The family has noticed the extra flavor on several dishes.
TIP – this is a very fine mix. Hold the shaker bout 12-18 inches up and rattle gently on it’s side to get it evenly on your food. Too much isn’t a big problem, but some might find too much pepper too strong, so apply a moderate amount.
