Molé Pan Seared Flank Steak with Pebre Sauce
Holy Molé Sauce Recipe

Molé sauce does not have to take all day and eight million ingredients. This cheater version leans heavily on the flavor of our new limited release Molé seasoning, and is easy, fast and only requires four ingredients!

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Dizzy Pig® Molé seasoning
- 1 Tbsp fat (I used duck fat, but you can use ghee, butter, vegetable oil or any fat)
- 1 cup crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup chicken stock
Directions
- In a medium saucepan, cook Molé seasoning with fat (of choice) over medium heat until it smells so good that you want to climb in the pan.
- Add crushed tomatoes and chicken stock.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until reduced by about half. It will darken as it reduces.
- That’s it! We love it over grilled chicken and sprinkled with a little sesame seeds before serving.
