Nachos and BBQ are not a new thing, but nibblemethis.com bumped up the classic with a Dizzy Pig spin! Jamaican Firewalk is just the spicy sweet kick that bbq nachos need to become even better!

Ingredients

  • White tortilla chips
  • Iceburg lettuce (save the fancy stuff for salads!)
  • Colby jack cheese mix, shredded
  • Pulled pork
  • A blend of diced red, green, and white onions
  • Black olives
  • Jalapeños
  • BBQ sauce (something sweet like Smoky Mountain Smokers or Blues Hog), or give Dizzy Pig Glazed and Infused Sauce a try!
  • Queso Sauce
  • Dizzy Pig® Jamaican Firewalk jerk seasoning

Directions

  1. Put pork and cheese on top of plate of tortilla chips.
  2. Melt Colby jack cheese mix
  3. Add Jamaican Firewalk to queso
  4. Heat, until cheese has melted, on the grill or in the oven.
  5. Place rest of ingredients on top.
