Lemony Roasted Brussels Sprouts

This delicious recipe is the perfect side dish for any meal. Light and full of flavor, roasted Brussels sprouts are the way to go! Adding Shakin’ the Tree along with fresh lemon juice brings out all the delicious flavors that’ll have your guests asking for more!

  • 1 bag of Brussels sprouts
  • Olive oil
  • Dizzy Pig® Shakin’ the Tree seasoning
  • Shelled pistachios (handful)
  • Dried apricots (handful chopped into about 1/2 inch pieces)
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 single serve cup of plain Greek yogurt


  1. First quarter the brussels sprouts and coat with olive oil.
  2. Give the brussel sprouts a generous coating of Dizzy Pig Shakin’ the Tree.
  3. Put brussel sprouts in a grilling basket, and cook on a raised grid at 350°F degrees. Cook until they get good and crispy on the outside… around 20 minutes, shaking them up about every 5 minutes. Remove from the grill.
  4. Toss them with the pistachios and dried apricots.
  5. Squeeze half of the lemon on the Brussels sprouts.
  6. Squeeze the other half of the lemon into the greek yogurt and mix those together.
  7. Either mix the yogurt and the brussel sprouts together and serve, or serve the brussel sprouts over the yogurt!
  8. Enjoy!
