  • 1 sweet potato
  • Olive oil or coconut oil, whichever you prefer
  • Dizzy Pig Pineapple Head seasoning, to taste
  • Salt, to taste


  1. Slice the sweet potatoes uniformly (so they bake evenly)
  2. Drizzle with olive oil (or coconut oil if using) and toss to coat
  3. Season with Pineapple Head and salt to your liking (Pineapple Head is very low in salt)
  4. Lay them out in the air fryer
  5. Cook at 350°F for 10 minutes
  6. Flip the slices and then air fry at 450°F for 4 more minutes.
  7. Serve and enjoy.
