Ingredients
- 1 sweet potato
- Olive oil or coconut oil, whichever you prefer
- Dizzy Pig Pineapple Head seasoning, to taste
- Salt, to taste
Directions
- Slice the sweet potatoes uniformly (so they bake evenly)
- Drizzle with olive oil (or coconut oil if using) and toss to coat
- Season with Pineapple Head and salt to your liking (Pineapple Head is very low in salt)
- Lay them out in the air fryer
- Cook at 350°F for 10 minutes
- Flip the slices and then air fry at 450°F for 4 more minutes.
- Serve and enjoy.
