Blazing New Trails With IPA

Blazing new trails is something we always strive for at Dizzy Pig, but the release of a seasoning blend that incorporates hops is unprecedented!

We’ve not been able to find any seasoning products that utilize the citrusy, piney flavor accents of hops, but the reviews we have been receiving verify that we’ve hit on something special. It is a limited release, and we are only producing 5000 hand-numbered bottles. IPA fans are going nuts, but non-beer drinkers love it too! Again, we are blown away with all the different foods that IPA enhances. Describing the flavor of our new IPA blend is not easy with words, but bright and tangy are two words that come to mind. It is complex enough to get your mind going, but balanced enough to work on many different foods.
