We’ll be sharing the exact recipes and techniques we used for what we think is the ultimate way to cook these two meats. You may not be cooking for picky judges, but your family and guests will appreciate this next level of taste and tenderness.

  • Our classes are taught outdoors, (snow, rain, or shine), so please dress appropriately for the weather.
  • We will provide chairs and canopy for cover.
  • Teaching on BGEs. Skills transferable to other cookers.
  • Tickets are non-transferrable to other events/classes
