WHEN?Select Thursdays, 11am-2pm (see dates below)
WHAT?One Thursday per month we fire up the grills and have some fun. If you need a break from the office or have the day off, come hang out with us on the patio and talk grilling.
WHY?It’s a great time to get your questions answered one on one, sample some great food fresh off the grill, and get a piece of that true Dizzy Pig experience.

WHAT?Come celebrate summer grilling with us at our Open House! We’ll be doing free demos on the Big Green Egg, Cookshack and Gateway Drums. Plus there will be special sales in our BBQ Supply store all day long.
WHY?Get all your burning (no pun intended) grilling questions answered, sample food coming hot off the grills, and mingle with other like-minded grillers and our passionate Dizzy Pig crew.

WHAT?Pitmaster and Dizzy Pig owner, Chris Capell, will be sharing some of the concepts and techniques he has learned during 20 years of cooking barbecue that is good enough to impress the pickiest judges.
WHY?Chris will debunk some common myths, and give you tips and tricks that are sure to shorten your learning curve. We’ll also help you solve any issues you may be having currently with your grilling experience.
HOW?It’s free, so all you have to do is RSVP to reserve your spot!
