We’ll help shorten your learning curve by cooking different types of seafood in different ways. That way you’ll get to see and taste a variety of possibilities for your next seafood adventure.

Long-time friends and Dizzy Pig competition team members, Susan Handy and Teresa Nester run a company called Indigo Farms Seafood, and nobody takes more pride in the quality of fresh seafood they sell. They’ll be supplying us with all we need to cook for the class, so we have no doubts about the quality. All we have to do is cook it perfectly!
