Whether you need a primer on how to begin or want to shorten your learning curve by mastering the techniques from the get-go – or maybe just want a quick refresher to re-up those BBQ skills – we’ve got all you new BGE owners covered.
Most of our grilling classes focus on a specific type of food, but we’ve designed this class to introduce folks to the ins and outs, and the dos and don’ts, of cooking a wide array of dishes on a BGE.
We’ll prepare a buffet of edible masterpieces, imparting to you all the particulars along the way: grilling over direct heat, indirect roasting, fire building, temperature control and creating proper smoke.
