Class for Success on the Big Green Egg

Congratulations! You’ve just bought a Big Green Egg, one of the finest cooking implements in the world – at least, in our humble opinion. Now it’s time to learn to use it like a pro. Whether you need a primer on how to begin or want to shorten your learning curve by mastering the techniques from the get-go – or maybe just want a quick refresher to re-up those BBQ skills – we’ve got all you new BGE owners covered.
Most of our grilling classes focus on a specific type of food, but we’ve designed this class to introduce folks to the ins and outs, and the dos and don’ts, of cooking a wide array of dishes on a BGE.
We’ll prepare a buffet of edible masterpieces, imparting to you all the particulars along the way: grilling over direct heat, indirect roasting, fire building, temperature control and creating proper smoke. We’ll even cover the preparation and cooking techniques of each dish prepared as part of our curriculum. Come join in today!

Dizzy Pig BBQ Supply has front parking with a loading and unloading area, sidewalks, and accessible restrooms. Our store and event room are fully accessible. There is a single small step leading out to the patio, where portions of some event/classes do take place. Assistance is always available from a member of our friendly and helpful staff.
