There is an answer, and it doesn’t involve downloading skills from the Matrix (though that would also be cool). No, friend, it’s time for Advanced Big Green Egg Techniques. Perfect for anyone who’s taken the beginner class or has otherwise mastered the basics, this course will teach you to cook beef tenderloin, roast whole chicken and more. You’ll also learn to use unusual cookware on the BGE (wok, anyone?) and cook delectable sauces to complement your creations.

Class instructor Chris has been cooking on the EGG at home as well as competitions for 20 years and has a lot to share about maximizing its versatility and turning it into your new favorite cooking implement.
