Happy Nancy Release

Happy Nancy mild seasoning is releasedHappy Nancy is on the streets!!! We’ve received feedback from our tasters, made the final tweaks and Happy Nancy is ready to order!!

For the past few years, Chris has been working on some different blends for folks with sensitive taste buds. Everybody knows someone that doesn’t like a lot of spice on their food, and kids can have especially sensitive taste buds.

And sometimes, especially with vegetables and milder tasting dishes, you don’t want a spicy seasoning kick to mask or overwhelm the flavor of the food.

Then recently, we found out a friend of ours, Nancy, had learned that she was sensitive to chiles and pepper. Since none of Dizzy Pig’s current offerings are free of both ingredients, we set out to create a blend for her that, naturally, would end up on the gentle savory side and would appeal to a broad range of taste buds. The resulting spice blend was delicious, and Nancy has been putting it on pretty much everything! From proteins to veggies and rice and pasta dishes, everything, and everyone, seems to embrace Happy Nancy!

When we surveyed our Dizzyhead customer base, 96% of the tasters found the seasoning to have balanced flavor that complements most/any food, and 97% of respondents saw Happy Nancy as a spice blend that kids and picky eaters would like. To us, that’s a strong signal that we accomplished what we set out to do with this new blend; appeal to and please those with gentle palates, yet not fall short on flavor or balance. Our friend Nancy is happy with the result and we believe you will be too! Happy Nancy, is ready to order!!!
