At many events our friends and customers stop by to see us, and learn first hand what a competition is all about. Generally the contests are Friday and Saturday, with the judging happening on Saturday. Needless to say Saturday mornings are usually extremely busy for the teams as they finish up cooking and prepare 4 or more entries 30 minutes apart. So Friday is actually the best time to visit. Saturday the team is pretty busy, and we do not have much time to socialize from 9am-2.

Many contests allow us to sell our rubs, so we usually have a stock of all 8 rubs and some teeshirts with us. Come on by and stock up on the freshest rubs on the market.

The Big Green Egg® Company sponsors our team, and we have brochures and local dealer info available. We also usually have 5-6 Eggs cooking and time permitting we are happy to show you why the egg is The World's Best Smoker/Grill.
